Starting as a simple clean-up and mulch after our client recently purchased this home the project quickly morphed into a complete removal and new landscape installation on a non-negotiable, specific timeline. As the project progressed our clients realized that there were other items of deferred maintenance that the previous homeowner had not addressed that we would need to take care of prior to our timeline’s deadline including several large trees that needed to be removed, drainage issues that needed to be addressed, a brick walkway that needed many sections of mortar replaced, and a general exterior cleaning of the house.
