Anyone can cut the grass, but having a beautiful lawn is much more difficult to maintain. By utilizing the proper tools and best practices, we don’t just maintain your yard, we bring out its fullest potential.

Lawn Mowing

Your yard should be an escape from your busy life. It’s a place for barbecues, spending time with friends, backyard volleyball, and throwing a baseball. When life gets hectic, we understand that you don’t have the time or desire to take care of your lawn. How many hours are you spending on your lawn, when you could be doing something else? We can take that weight off your shoulders. Let us handle the routine lawn maintenance, so you can spend that time how you want.

  • Lawn Mowing

Your lawn will be mowed on an as needed basis (typically once every week) during the growing season.

  • Trimming

Areas of your lawn not able to be mowed will be trimmed to maintain a uniform height with mowed areas.

  • Edging

Using a string trimmer, the edge along concrete and properly landscaped beds will be vertically trimmed.

  • Blowing

Clippings that have blown into landscaped beds or onto hard surfaces will be blown back into lawn areas.

Bed Maintenance

Weeds can quickly turn a beautiful landscape into a jungle. Weeding your landscaped beds is usually one of the last things you feel like doing after a long week at work. Yet, the best way to keep weeds at bay is through regular maintenance. Eddington Landscaping has the ability to maintain your beds for you, and our trained technicians know the difference between which weeds can be hand-pulled and which require a more aggressive approach.

  • Weeding

When possible, based on the growth habits and aggressiveness of each individual species, weeds will be hand pulled.

  • Herbicide Application

For especially aggressive types of weeds, an herbicide may be necessary to control growth. These weeds will be spot treated on an as needed basis.

  • Pre-emergent Application

It is strongly recommended that a pre-emergent is applied to all landscaped beds to help prevent certain types of broadleaf weeds from gaining a foothold.

“I always thought a yard was three feet, then I started mowing the lawn.”
