The existing patio was removed and replaced with a 325 sq.ft. paver patio, which will give plenty of space for both a grilling area and a table with chairs. A limited amount of landscaping will create beauty with profuse floral blooms periodically during warm seasons of the year. By more than doubling the amount of patio space, this family will be able to enjoy their backyard for years to come!

  • Patio Removal

    A small, existing concrete patio was removed to create space for a new paver patio.

  • Base Installation

    An open graded base was selected to build the paver patio on for its ability to create a solid base AND allow water to move freely.

  • Paver Patio Installation

    A paver patio of approximately 325 sq. ft. was installed. This size will allow best use of space while also giving enough room for a grill AND table with chairs.

  • Finish Grading

    All yard areas damaged by equipment during the build process were finish graded and a high quality fescue seed was applied for its ability to grow quickly.
